Albion Health Care Alliance believes that a key to health is the overall wellness of an individual.

We support this through our Nutrition Education Programs, Community Outreach, and Sisters Influencing Society mentoring program.

Albion Health Care Alliance works to reduce barriers to accessing clinical and community preventive services, supports community health workers and patient advocacy, and brings together community representatives to see that barriers are being addressed.

​We do this by offering navigation services, operating the Ralph and Mary Cram Medical Center, and deploying Neighborhood Health Visitors.

Albion Health Care Alliance is your local advocate for health services in the greater Albion area. We work with local, regional, and state entities to support coordinated care efforts.

Key partnerships include the Regional Health Alliance, Albion Health and Wellness Action Team, and Healthy Babies Day.
