In the realm of education, Peg Turner is a leader of advocacy and wisdom. As a retired educator from Albion Public Schools, her dedication has left an indelible mark on the community. Turner educated Albion area students for over 40 years and implemented one of the most impactful mentorship programs in the school system. Recently, Turner has voiced her opinion on the Marshall Public Schools bond, drawing from her lifelong commitment to education.
In episode 15 of the Brick by Brick Podcast, Turner shares that “our children are our future, and the more successful they are, the more successful we all are” and to be successful our students have to have quality resources.
Turner’s perspective reflects her belief in the importance of quality education. She understands first hand the importance of having the proper tools and resources to educate young minds and foster vibrant communities.
