An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 10, 2024
4-week course covering sensorial analysis, wine service, history, types of grapes and wines, production methods and areas, all at Stirling Books & Brew.
The basic structure of the course is the following:
- Week 1 – Sensorial Analysis and Wine Service
- Week 2 – General Information about wine – History and development, types of grapes and wine, and production methods.
- Week 3 – Old world production areas
- Week 4 – New world production areas
$65 for all 4 weeks
