Create a festive felt ball wall hanging for the holidays or just for fun.   Class is appropriate for children ages five (5) and up with their caregiver.

Students will explore texture using clay, found objects from nature and some human-made materials. They will discover how different materials can imprint textural impressions into a 5x5 square slab of clay which could function as a trivet or coaster or perhaps framed and hung on the wall.
