“The Future of Polling and the 2020 Presidential Election”

The Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service at Albion College invites you to join Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow Peter Hart for a public lecture on Tuesday, March 19. His talk, titled “The Future of Polling and the 2020 Presidential Election,” will take place at 7:30 pm on the first floor of the Ludington Center (101 N Superior St).

Peter Hart is regarded as one of the top analysts of public opinion in the United States and is a leading shaper of national trends and political messages. He founded Hart Research in 1971, and since 1989 has been the pollster for NBC News and the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Hart has covered election night news for either NBC or CBS since 1964.

“The dean of this generation of pollsters,” Mr. Hart has been acknowledged by the leaders in the field as one of the most astute observers of public attitudes in politics and consumer attitudes. He was named by the National Journal as one of its 150 national leaders who shape federal government policy.
